Training courses on our control valves can be carried out on-site or in the CLA-VAL training facilities.

Product Training

CLA-VAL UK offers comprehensive valve and technical training seminars which includes everything from basic hydraulics of a diaphragm valve, through to the operation and maintenance of our most sophisticated electronic control valves. Training programmes can be tailored to engineering staff or operations personnel either at your facility or our comprehensive training suite. 

Hydraulic Training Rig

The CLA-VAL UK premises includes a demonstration rig allowing practical demonstrations of key valve functions including: pressure reducing, pressure relief, Pressure sustaining, modulating pressure control and position control. 

Commissioning

CLA-VAL UK's team of highly skilled engineers are available on demand to support commissioning, trouble-shooting or maintenance activities to your Automatic Control Valves. 

On-site Diagnosis

Understanding the specific needs of a system or installation can be challenging. CLA-VAL can attend site to gather the information necessary to develop your valve solution and support you in gathering the hydraulic data necessary for optimum sizing.

Data Logger Installation

Uncertainty about the actual hydraulic conditions (pressure and flow) sometimes requires installing data loggers to better understand the reaction of the valve. CLA-VAL provides you data collection service that can last for a few days up to a few weeks depending on the requirements. The data gathered can be viewed on the Link2Valves web platform.
